For non-profit organisations of limited means we are able to provide modern websites at no or very low cost. For our commercial clients we also provide quality websites at low cost by sharing IT development across our many clients.
What this means to you is you are not alone but part of an IT family. As we build new tools and features for use across the portal they will be offered to you for free or at a substantially reduced cost to participants. In addition, you will be automatically featured on the community portals providing a greater online profile for your business.

The servers used provide high speed performance with a fully redundant network ensuring 24/7 connectivity and backup. Hosting fees depend on the size and complexity of the website but start from $15 per month.
Content Management
The sites are design to allow you to maintain them with ease and no knoeledge of code or any technical stuff! While our websites are very user friendly and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word is sufficient to manage the content we do provide content management as an additional service. To maintain a vibrant and well utilised website it is critical that content is regularly updated. This poses resourcing problems for many organisations and often the site is not properly maintained and therefore its potential not optimised.
Folders has recognised this as a major hurdle for some organisations and therefore provide a content management service on a hourly rate or at a contracted annual rate based upon an estimated and reviewable workload.
Our trained personnel are able to upload content at a much faster rate than any staff member simply because we do it more often. We believe if the content can be provided to us in a digital format it is much faster and more efficient for Folders to undertake this work on your behalf.
